About Ripple

A small act of help can change the direction of a life.

Ripple makes career help visible—one introduction, conversation, skill or opportunity at a time.

Why Ripple exists

Most careers do not move forward alone.

Someone explains what the job is really like. They make an introduction, share what they know, or give someone their first opportunity before experience appears on a résumé.

These moments can be small to the person giving them and life-changing to the person receiving them. Most disappear without being recognised.

Ripple gives that help a simple, trustworthy shape: someone records the help they gave, and the person who received it confirms what happened.

Someone opened a door for us. We can open one for someone else.

One action, then another

  1. 01

    Help someone you know

Offer career advice, teach a useful skill, make a thoughtful introduction or create an opportunity.

  2. 02

    Ask them to confirm

Ripple sends a private confirmation request. They can respond without creating an account.

  3. 03

    Let the ripple continue

Confirmed help becomes part of the shared count. The person who received help can choose to open a door for someone else.

Only help confirmed by the person who received it counts. Pledges, sign-ups, shares and attendance do not.

What kind of help counts

Ripple begins with practical steps that can move someone's career forward.

  • Mentorship and advice
  • AI and technology skills
  • Referrals and introductions
  • Job opportunities

Our shared goal

100,000 Australians helped by the end of 2026.

The number is ambitious. The method is deliberately careful. A person joins the count only after confirming that help happened, and each person is counted once.

The point is not a bigger-looking number. It is a more visible culture of people opening doors for one another.

Where Ripple stands

Ripple is in its first version. We are testing the experience, strengthening its privacy safeguards and learning from the people who use it.

We will not publish invented impact stories, borrowed testimonials or inflated numbers. What appears here should be real, confirmed and clear about its limits.

A better future can begin with one person.
